Experience::

Minimum 6 Months Experience in an inbound and outbound process with an International BPO/ITES.

Job Profile:-
  • Handling US customers and providing VOICE based technical support.
  • Completely responsible for troubleshooting Network & OS related issues.
  • Should possess basic knowledge on networking concepts.

  • Accurately capturing required customer details (as and when required with prior approval)

2. Technical Support Executive

A dynamic professional - minimum 10+2 educational qualification.

Experience::
Minimum 6 Months Experience in a Tech Support process with a hand in working on remote screens with an International BPO/ITES.
  • Only experienced candidates may apply.
  • Salary 17k-35k.
  • Transport service provided.

  • Should be open for rotational shifts.

Job Profile:-
  • Handling US customers thru remote/chat and voice sessions and providing technical support.
  • Completely responsible for troubleshooting Network & OS related issues.
  • Should possess excellent knowledge on networking concepts.
  • Should have excellent computer knowledge
  • Remote diagnostic technical support related to installation, operation, configuration, customization, performance, and usage of assigned systems/peripherals.
  • Diagnosis & resolving of the software issues highlighted/not highlighted by the tech sales and trouble shootings.

Skill Set & Competencies:-
  • Good verbal/written communication
  • Good level of knowledge of database concepts, SQL.
  • Basic level of knowledge of any programming language (C or C++ or Java) and Networking concepts
  • Confident and determined approach
  • A high degree of self-motivation and drive
